Problem we were solving

Companies can have a difficult time developing their internal teams through current learning management tools (think eLearning courses and continuing education). Many of the platforms have libraries of content but no real way to guide a learner to find the right content that meets their goals. This leaves the learner with the task of finding the right courses for them, this takes even more of their limited time and makes it less likely they will actually use any of the courses.

Solution we built

A unified way to access all of a companies available learning tools paired with a custom learning recommendations to help them achieve their goal. After a short survey of the learners goals using open ended questions to allow Ebsco Learning to create a more custom and nuanced learner path based on an individuals goals.

• Helped customer refine product vision and develop directional roadmap, customer research plan, and workstreams
• Created and iterated on product flow (wireframes -> mockups)
• Co-ran research plan with EBSCO learning team to test with customer advisory board (CAB) companies
• Co-created build plan to bring CareerPilot to early testing with CAB
