Working with manufacturers, we insist on the use of smallest amount of packaging possible to deliver items safely. We offer complex custom packing to meet our clients needs.

Health and Safety Compliance

Items manufacture destined for the USA and Canada must comply with all industry and federal requirements. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) aimed at protecting children 12 years of age and under from all products containing lead and phthalates. Companies importing into the US require “General Conformity Certificates” (GCCs). These certificates must be issued based on garments & trims(snaps & zippers), passing test results from a CSPC-recognized third-party testing lab. Each applicable garment must also contain a stitched-in tracking label with a purchase order number. Small companies that do less than $1 million in yearly sales and produce less than 7,500 pieces of an item can register with the CPSC as a small batch manufacturer.

Certifications

We source cotton that is certified according to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS). It is the most widely recognized international standards covering all aspects of textile processing and environmentally-socially responsible manufacturing.
